Please be aware that California birth certificates are taking a long time to process. On 12-1-03 the Department of Vital Records stopped accepting walk in birth certificate requests from the general public because of financial problems. We are able to submit requests to their office and we are given special treatment, our average process times are 9-10 (6-9 Emergency) business days. Until further notice these process times will be in effect.

Regular Walkthrough service 9-10 business days (average times)and 6-9 business days (average times) for the Emergency Walkthrough Service. If you are looking for a $15 birth certificate you will need to contact the state of California directly and wait 6 months for delivery.
All California adoptions and legal name changes (excluding marriage) require our Walkthrough service.
All California counties require our walkthrough service except for Glenn, Lassen, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties for a total fee of $136 which includes our fee, the states fee and return delivery to you by Federal Express.

You will send your order to us by fax, we need a signature. We will process your request and have your original certified birth certificate with a raised seal and/or a water mark sent to you by an overnight courier service(Fedex, UPS etc.).
