Process Times: Regular processing 5-6 Business Days or 3-4 Business days for Emergency Processing
Total cost for the state fee, our fee and return delivery by Federal Express is $121.00 for the regular 5-6 day processing or $146.00 for the emergency processing of 3-4 days.
Additional Requirements: valid photo id or 2 bills with current address, or bank statement with current address, voter registration card, Social Security card, motor vehicle registration/title, letter stating need Birth Certificate to get ID with signature and witness
You will send your order to us by fax, we need a signature. We will process your request and have your original certified birth certificate with a raised seal and/or a water mark sent to you by an overnight courier service(Fedex, UPS etc.).
