Express & Emergency Processing include overnight shipping (trackable) once issued.  Regular Processing is shipped US Mail (not trackable). 

You MUST fill out the Minnesota Order Form and have it notarized, then fax it to us with our regular birth certificate order form. Notary stamp should not ovelap any writing. We prefer to have the ink notary stamp instead of the embossed one. If you get the embossed notary stamp you MUST shade over it with a pencil BEFORE faxing as we cannot read the notary stamp if it is unshaded. If you get the ink stamp seal you do not need to shade over it.

You will send your order to us by fax, we need a signature. We will process your request and have your original certified birth certificate with a raised seal and/or a water mark sent to you by an overnight courier service(Fedex, UPS etc.).
