Process Times: 4-5 Business Days for Regular Processing or 2-3 days for Emergency Processing. Cost is $132 for regular processing which includes our service fee of $69, Federal Express to and from the state $50 and $13 for the state fee for the birth certificate. Emergency Processing is an additional $25.
Additional Requirements: We must have a copy of the birth certificate holders drivers license or state issued identification card. If the applicant is a minor then we will need a copy of one of the parents drivers license or state issued identification card.
